Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Korean Neurosurgical Society, we would like to welcome all of you to the 59th Annual Meeting of the Korean Neurosurgical Society (KNS) which will be held on October 24th-26th, 2019 at Songdo Convensia in Incheon, Korea.
Under the theme of “Neurosurgery - Together, Forward, and Everlasting”, we have focused to upgrade our intimate relationship and scientific knowledge. Our “neurosurgery” is not only medical field alone but also all-inclusive cutting edge science. It is our great pleasure to learn, meet and refresh current neurosurgery knowledge endlessly.
Especially, this year, we encourage the participation of the international scholars to facilitate not only the exchange the academic knowledge but also better communication among neurosurgeons in the regional area. The theme of “Together” can be adopted to scientific knowledge as well as our colleagues, working team, and alumni members from all around the world.
We have prepared an exciting scientific program covering diverse disciplines of neurosurgery from the present to the future. For the vision of future neurosurgery, we plan to offer a dynamic and stimulating array of scientific and practical hands-on programs such as Practical workshop of minimally invasive spine surgery with spine dummy created by a 3D printer, The 4th Asia-Pacific micro-anastomosis workshop for neurosurgeons that will take place in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital and a 3D Masters’ Video Presentation of major neurosurgical operations with esteemed neurosurgeons.
